Last week, Tom Cruise attended the deposition for a defamation suit that he has against Bauer Publishing (Life & Style and InTouch Magazine) that he says reported false information about him abandoning his daughter Suri.
In the deposition, Cruise had to disclose info about visiting his daughter and his infamous devotion to his religion Scientology. It was also revealed that one of the sole reasons ex-wife Katie Holmes filed for divorce was to get her daughter away from the religion.

He was interrogated about why he hadn’t seen Suri for as long as 120 days. In the court, evidence was introduced that proves he has been on many trips, (even flying over New York where Suri and Holmes live) but never tried to go visit his daughter.
Also, he was asked about weird things Scientology is known for like interrogating adults and their children upon joining the religion.
The prosecution claimed that Holmes purposefully sent information to Bauer Publishing that would make Cruise look like a bad father.
It’s looking really bad for Tom and practically no media or insiders believe that the mega-star actor will win this case .
