The request to delay Chris Brown’s assault trial has been denied by The California Supreme Court.
Brown will appear in court on June 22. At that time the judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
Rihanna is also summoned to appear. She may be called upon to testify during Brown’s hearing.
