This week, actress Nia Long attempted to generally comment on singes who try to act. However, it’s obvious that she was talking about Beyonce. Everyonce is buzzing that Long dissed Knowles in an interview with Pride Magazine. (Is that the best pub Ms. Long could get at the time?) However, I’m not sure that she was straight out dissing Bey, but just giving her some criticism that she needs. What do you think?

Beyonce rocked her hometown of Houston on July 4th.

Chris Paul and Keri Hilson attended the Carol's Daughter Annual Pop Up event in New Orleans during the Essence Festival.

Ciara gets loose in Vegas. She performed with Jay-Z on Thursday at the Palms and then Friday at Pearl.

Rihanna had blast in Vegas.

Soon to be married couple The Dream and Christina Milian kicked it in Vegas for the 4th.

Jay-Z was the real reason so many celebs spent the 4th in Vegas. The rapper rocked the house on both nights.

Didn’t Letoya check to see what designer her rival would be wearing to the B.E.T. Awards? Both wore Balmain dresses, which may have ignited the flame of Letoya not performing at the 2009 awards.
Beyonce has dismissed rumours she banned an ex-Destiny’s Child bandmate from performing at the BET Awards on Sunday.
Beyonce took the stage at the Los Angeles awards performing Ava Maria and picking up two awards.
Luckett’s absence from the stage sparked rumours Beyonce’s team had threatened TV bosses with an ultimatum between the pair – nearly a decade after Luckett settled a lawsuit with the singer’s father/manager Mathew Knowles, after accusing him of breach of partnership.
A spokesperson for Beyonce denies the story, reports the New York Daily News.
And Luckett has stepped up to address the rumours, telling the newspaper, “Everybody (who performed at the event) works hard and we all have something different to offer, from Keyshia (Cole) to Keri (Hilson) to Bey (Knowles), everybody is different in their own ways so it saddens me if that’s true, and I hope that’s not the case.”

Contrary to most of the night's attendees, Alicia Keys looked ravishing in this Jenny Packham mini and $1200 bejeweled Christian Louboutin sandals.

- Beyonce looked very cute in her mini, but…

Didn't Kanye just spend $5000 on Amber? Maybe she should have just asked for one dress to wear to the event. The dress is Alexander McQueen.

I'm not very found of Keri's dress. Maybe it's the hair.

I know you're laughing, but this is actually pretty good compared to what Lil Mama wore last year.

Typical Neyo

It's the B.E.T Awards Tyra, not a business meeting. Loosen up.

Ciara looks super sexy in this leather ruched dress.

Diddy looking debonair as usual.

Taraji rocked the red carpet in this backless Kaufman Franco dress.

Amerie in Alexander Wang

Letoya Luckett in Balmain

Sexy Tyrese Gibson

Zoe Saldana always knows the perfect look to rock at any event. Here she is in Calvin Klein cut-out dress and those Brian Atwood that she heels that she loves.

fans demand beyonce

Music World and Columbia Records have announced that a launch party for Beyonce’s I Am… tour was canceled due to breach of contract by a party promoter. The party was to be held at Saturday at M2 in NYC. Apparently, Beyonce never had a contract to perform at the venue, but was scheduled to host and introduce her sister Solange’s performance.
