Although it was a beautiful sunny and breezy day in Los Angeles, there was still tension in the air during Diddy’s All White Bash that was held in Los Angeles instead of The Hamptons this year.
Apparently Lil Kim and Faith Evans had a heated exchange of words towards the end of the event.
Kim made it known last year that she was very uncomfortable with how her character was portrayed in the Notorious film.
“It was really heated,” one source said. “It was about to pop off…there was crazy screaming.”
According to sources, Faith was saying, “I love you” to Lil Kim and Kim responded with “God bless you.”
However, later at the event, Kim asked Faith, “How would you say you love me when you trashed me in your book?”
Under anonymity, a source told AllHipHop.com “We know that [Faith saying 'I love you'] is bulls**t. It wasn’t even about the movie. It hurt Kim that she was being fake.”
Actor Dennis Da Menace, who played D-Roc in “Notorious” and Devante Swing of Jodeci fame had to step in to prevent an altercation between Faith’s husband Todd Russaw and Kim’s date producer Choke No Joke.
Sources say that Russaw was attempting to take photos of Kim and Faith, and Choke was not happy about it at all and publicly added that he thought Russaws’ “publicity stunt” was totally inappropriate.
Diddy was no where around at the time.
