Mother Jackson has drafted an agreement with Deborah Rowe that designates the grandmother as the legal guardian of Michael’s three children and allows Rowe visitation rights for the older two children.
The agreement will be presented in court on Aug. 3.
Spousal support for Rowe will continue as the deceased performer had agreed, which may be better for Rowe now because according to her, Jackson had not even been paying her the monthly amounts they agreed to.
“The parties engaged in a dignified discussion that resulted in a dignified outcome,” Rowe’s attorney Eric George said in a statement to TVGuide.com.
Mrs. Jackson and the family are pleased this matter is resolved and was handled in a caring, thoughtful and courteous manner by the parties and their representatives,” Katherine Jackson’s attorneys, L. Londell McMillan and Diane Goodman, said in a statement.

kim and reggie call it quits
Yes, it’s true. Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush have decided to end their 2 year relationship, amicably. According to sources, neither have ever cheated on one another. The reason for the breakup is the couple’s conflicting schedules. Reggie has to spend six months out of the year in New Orleans and Kim is about to start taping the second season of Keeping Up…
According to Wendy Williams, Reggie event asked Kim to move to New Orleans, but Kim refused because of the show.
E! says that the two are both “very sad” about the split.
“They never get to see each other, ever, ” a source told People.com
The high anticipation of the release of diva Whitney Houston’s album has influenced her label to release I Look To You a day early, on August 31.

micheal had a secret stash
Michael Jackson’s former advisor Dr. Tohme Tohme has just recently turned over $5 million to the deceased pop star’s executors which had been “a secret between Michael and me, ” says Dr. Tohme.
According to the doctor, the amount was not “recovered” by administrators as reported by the Associated Press.
“It was not recovered,” he said. “I had the money and I gave it to them. It was a secret between Michael and me.”
The money was apparently given to Dr. Tohme (by Michael) to go towards a dream home that Michael was planning on building in Las Vegas.
“He said, ‘Don’t tell anyone about this money,’” Tohme recalled. “But when he passed away I told them I had this money, and I gave it to them.”
Along with the sum, Dr. Tohme also turned over items that were originally supposed to be auctioned off, but Michael had changed his mind and the doctor put the items in a storage.
Dr. Tohme was a very close friend of Jackson’s and was instrumental in keeping Neverland from going into foreclosure. He was also attempting to help Jackson come out of debt. Some believe he was also the person that introduced Michael to Islam.
