Foxy Brown’s assault cases, which alleges she beat a woman with her cell phone device two years ago, was been dismissed.
The suit was filed by Brown’s neighbor Arlene Raymond, who claimed the rapper bashed her in the face with a Blackberry after confronting her on the level of her car radio.
New York judge Justice Robert Miller ruled that Brown was never served with legal papers, the grounds on which the case was dismissed.
”They knew this was a weak case,” said Brown previously to the New York Daily News. “My family has lived on that block for almost 50 years and has never been a problem.“
Multi-platinum selling rap artist 50 Cent will make an appearance at the Manhattan Play N Trade store on today, April 30, 2009 from 3:30-5:00 p.m. to promote his new video game, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.
Play N Trade of Manhattan, located at 137 E. 13 Street, will be hosting the event which will feature Blood on the Sand playing on one of three demo station game consoles as well as customer meet and greet with 50 Cent.
