IT’S A YING YANG CHRISTMAS

The Ying Yang Twins bring in the holiday season with EP The Ying and the Yang of the Holidays, out now through Deep Records. The EP finds the twins remake Christmas songs with a Ying Yang Twins twist. On Sleigh Ride, D-Rock and Kaine drink eggnog and smoke blunts while making a Christmas wish for peace in the hood and giving President elect Barack Obama a shout out. This Christmas is a soulful take on a holiday classic, and Deck Da Club and Carol of Da Bellz are real holiday pleasers.

The Twins also released a mixtape called The WildOut USO Tour on November 25th following their tour in support of the troops. And the platinum-certified Atlanta duo is already back in the studio, working on their next full length CD with platinum-certified producer Joe Traxx (UGK, Scarface, Bun B., Lil Flip, and more).

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins’ five-bedroom house, which is at 1744 Malvern Hill Place in Duluth, Georgia was built in 2000. T-Boz bought the 11-room house in July 2001 for $1 million. The house sits on a 0.96-acre lot in the Sugarloaf Country Club subdivision.
With T-Boz’s non-payment of the original principal on her mortgage of $532,500, the Duluth house has gone into foreclosure, and is due to be sold in January, if she can’t come up with the money.
T-Boz’s monetary troubles have affected her other residences as well includinga  1,608-square-foot town house that she had owned at 3651 Diamond Circle in Decatur, Ga. and a 1,810-square-foot house at 8066 Augusta Court in Jonesboro, Ga.

At an auction on Friday, the 15-acre property at 1915 Moonlight Road  went unsold after the property’s current owner, developer Wilbur Ray Todd, Jr., rejected a high bid of $747,000. Todd purchased the property from Michael Vick for $450,000. This is the second time that the property has failed to sell.

Bruce and Kris Kardashian Jenner have put their 3,966 sq. ft home up for sale for $3.4 million. The four bedroom Hidden Hills, Calif. home is where the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality TV series was filmed.
